Executive Health Screening
Executive Health Screening is an excellent way of assessing current health and dealing with minor issues to prevent them developing into long-term illness.
The service is designed to be both reassuring and determine the onset or future risk of developing diseases, enabling early treatment or preventative measures to be taken.
Everyone is susceptible to illness, and so can benefit from a health screen; however, your staff may particularly benefit if they are under continuous stress, travel extensively, work long hours and/or have an imbalanced work/life ratio.
Then, depending on age, gender, employment conditions and medical history we may also recommend that one or more of the following are added:
Abdominal ultrasound (to help detect abnormalities of the blood vessels)
Prostate cancer screen (over 40’s only)
Lloyd Occupational Health will provide a report on the tests undertaken and the results, indicating whether there should be further investigations in any of the health areas.
We offer a range of Executive Health Screening medicals for men and woman of all ages. Basic measurements and tests in every health screen include:
Tests to look for anaemia, liver and kidney function, diabetes, calcium levels, cholesterol and markers of infection.
A Urine test looks for infection, diabetes and kidney problems.
Blood Pressure Checks
A blood pressure test is the only way to find out if your blood pressure is too high or too low, because most people won’t have any obvious symptoms. Having a test is easy and could save your life.
Assessment of lung function and capacity. This looks for diseases such as Asthma, Bronchitis and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease.
