Pre-Placement Health Screening
It’s good practice to have a Pre-placement Health Screening system in place to screen applicants for relevant pre-existing conditions (e.g. through a questionnaire to be completed by applicants).
If the pre-placement health screening questionnaire identifies a potential condition which may have an impact on an employee’s ability to work effectively in the post that they’re applying for, Lloyd OH will carry out a further assessment with the employee and give advice to the employee and employer.
A health questionnaire for your current employees will also assist with risk assessments and the early detection of cases of work related musculoskeletal disorders or other medical issues so that your business can effectively plan a way forward for the employee.
